With over 20 years in the recruitment industry Louise recently re-joined Reed Talent Solutions to lead on our recruit, train, deploy solution.
Currently working as Solutions Director, Louise previously spent 15 years with Reed in a variety of roles, working with private and public sector clients across the UK in the development and delivery of impactful talent acquisition models.
Most recently she was Client Solutions Director for a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) business partnering with clients ranging from financial services and business process outsourcing (BPO) through to retail and healthcare, where she advised on and developed compelling employee value proposition-focused recruitment strategy for high-profile projects.
Louise enjoys developing long-term relationships with clients which deliver mutual benefit in tackling current and future skills and talent challenges.
