Lee Gudgeon has worked as Reed Talent Solutions’ Managing Director for more than six years and has 24 years’ experience working in the staffing sector in both New Zealand and the UK.
Lee has always worked in client solutions and is accountable for the strategy, operational governance, product development of our contingent and permanent workforce solutions and consultancy services.
As a board sponsor for equality, diversity, inclusivity and belonging, Lee has the responsibility for overseeing that our clients’ talent solutions meet their strategy, and we create an environment where all of our colleagues can be successful.
After more than 24 years of identifying, designing, and solving strategic workforce challenges, this is still the favourite part of my job. What makes me proud is being part of a profession that helps peoples’ careers and enables organisations to make decisions that support their future ambitions.
