What are our flexi-job apprenticeships?
Reed is proud to be a Department for Education approved Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Agency (FJAA) and to be listed on the Register of Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Agencies.
Introduced by the government in 2022, the Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Scheme allows organisations in England to engage with approved providers like Reed. We employ apprentices for the duration of their apprenticeship, coordinate and manage the apprenticeship training using Reed’s apprenticeship levy, and arrange one or more placements with organisations who become host employers.
Powered by the Flexi-Job Apprenticeship scheme, our tech & digital academy enables access to new tech and digital talent for those organisations that have found traditional apprenticeship routes to be unsuitable for their business model, those that don’t currently pay the apprenticeship levy, or those that have exhausted their own levy funds.
Our academy offers apprentices the opportunity for work placements in one or more organisations, giving them greater experience across a range of environments.
