Steve Dilley has nearly 10 years’ experience with Reed Talent Solutions and currently heads up our talent advisory team.
He is responsible for supporting our talent consulting clients in the UK, developing advisory services, and providing expert advice to the wider Reed Talent Solutions business.
Steve leads projects across the talent cycle, including within employee value proposition (EVP) and employer brand, retention and reward, and developing alternative resourcing models such as statement of work (SOW).
Having spent most of his career in people and talent, Steve has also achieved an MSc in Human Resource Management and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (MCIPD).
Prior to his current role, he worked as a consulting services manager developing Reed Talent Solutions’ capability in delivering outsourced SOW programmes in technology, HR, procurement and social care.
Steve has played an important role in shaping the approach of both Reed Talent Solutions and its clients to IR35 legislation and is one of our experts in designing alternative resourcing solutions to deliver programme objectives.
